Hyper3D’s Advanced 3D Model Generator Addresses Critical Production Challenges for Professional Creators

    WILMINGTON, DE – December 01, 2025 – PRESSADVANTAGE –

The production of high-quality three-dimensional assets has long been constrained by the technical expertise and time investment required to create professional-grade models. Hyper3D, the flagship platform from Deemos Tech, a leading 3D generative AI company, is addressing these fundamental challenges through its advanced 3D model generator. This technology bridges the gap between rapid automated generation and the quality standards demanded by professional production environments, representing a significant development in making sophisticated 3D content creation more accessible while maintaining the technical rigor required for gaming, visual effects, and interactive media applications.

The Hyper3D platform’s 3D model generator is built upon Rodin, a generative AI system that has evolved through multiple iterations based on extensive research and real-world application feedback. Unlike early generative approaches that produced geometry requiring substantial manual correction, the current system generates meshes with clean topology and structural integrity suited for immediate integration into professional pipelines. This fundamental improvement addresses one of the most significant barriers to adopting AI-generated content in production environments, where poorly structured geometry can create downstream problems affecting rigging, animation, and rendering performance.

“The industry’s embrace of our technology confirmed our core belief: creators need tools that are not only powerful but also integrate seamlessly into their workflows,” stated Qixuan Zhang, CTO of Deemos Tech. “With our 3D model generator, we are providing the foundational engine for building entire virtual worlds, not just individual assets. This is about empowering creators to build at the speed of their imagination.”

Central to the platform’s capabilities is its sophisticated approach to geometric quality. The 3D model generator produces meshes that balance intricate surface detail with clean, quad-based topology—a combination that has historically been difficult to achieve through automated processes. This technical achievement is particularly significant for studios working with character models, hard-surface objects, or architectural elements, where topology quality directly impacts the success of subsequent production stages. By generating structurally sound geometry from the outset, Rodin AIeffectively eliminates hours of manual retopology work that would otherwise be required to make generated assets production-viable.

The system employs a recursive part-based generation methodology that represents a departure from treating every model as a single, monolithic object. This approach allows the generator to decompose complex assets into logical components, creating each part with appropriate detail while ensuring coherent assembly. For creators working on intricate multi-part objects such as vehicles, machinery, or architectural assemblies, this capability proves essential. The generator understands the hierarchical relationships between components, producing assets where individual parts maintain logical connections and proper scale relationships to one another.

Hyper3D’s technology is grounded in rigorous academic research, with the underlying team contributing multiple papers to SIGGRAPH conferences. This includes the novel BANG architecture that powers the latest generation of the platform, recognized among top papers at SIGGRAPH 2025. The platform’s Gen-2 iteration scales to 10 billion parameters, representing a substantial increase in model capacity that translates to a more nuanced understanding of geometric relationships, surface properties, and structural characteristics across diverse object categories.

For real-time applications in gaming and augmented reality, the 3D model generator incorporates features specifically designed for performance optimization. The system natively supports baked normal maps, a critical technique that projects high-polygon surface detail onto efficient low-polygon base meshes. This capability allows developers to maintain visual fidelity while adhering to strict polygon budgets required for real-time rendering in game engines. The platform generates high-definition physically-based rendering textures alongside geometric data, ensuring output assets include complete material information with proper metallic, roughness, and normal map channels.

Studios and independent creators utilizing the 3D model generator available at Hyper3D.ai report substantial reductions in asset creation time, particularly for secondary objects, environment props, and prototype geometry used during pre-production phases. The technology excels at handling repetitive asset generation tasks and creating variations on core designs, allowing artists to focus their expertise on hero assets and unique elements that define a project’s visual identity.

As Rodin continues to evolve, with full feature rollout planned progressively throughout 2025, the platform demonstrates how generative AI can address specific, well-defined challenges in professional content creation. By focusing on geometric quality, workflow integration, and technical standards required by production environments, Hyper3D’s 3D model generator provides creators with tools that meaningfully accelerate production while preserving the quality expectations that define professional three-dimensional content.

    • Balance of assays from recent Tunkillia ‘Phase 1′ upgrade drilling expected during December 2025 and January 2026, with updated JORC (2012) Mineral Resource Estimate by March 2026

ADELAIDE, AU / ACCESS Newswire / December 1, 2025 / Barton Gold Holdings Limited (ASX:BGD)(OTCQB:BGDFF)(FRA:BGD3) ( Barton or Company ) is pleased to announce first assay results from recent drilling at its South Australian Tunkillia Gold Project ( Tunkillia ). These assays confirm broad new intervals of high-grade gold mineralisation which infill the central portion of Tunkillia’s S1 ‘Starter Pit’, emphasising the high-value nature of this zone to Tunkillia’s development.

Full details are contained in the complete announcement, which can be accessed on the ASX website, the investor section of Barton’s website, or directly by clicking here .

Commenting on the new Tunkillia assay results, Barton Managing Director Alexander Scanlon said :

“Tunkillia’s S1 pit contains the project’s highest grade mineralisation, ideally located in a shallower, central zone. Modelling indicates that this will yield over 200,000 gold ounces, generating over $800 million in operating free cash and paying back Tunkillia’s entire development cost more than 2x over during the first year of operations.

“This early phase of upgrade drilling was therefore designed to further de-risk this profile by infilling higher-grade mineralisation to underwrite project finance. These results very much appear to support that objective, and also highlight the potential for the Tunkillia system to host very high grades within key structural features.

“We expect the balance of Phase 1 infill drilling assays by January, and are targeting the conversion of Tunkillia’s ‘S1′ and ‘S2′ optimised open pit mineralisation to JORC ‘Measured’ and ‘Indicated’ categories by March 2026.”

  • Time Off Editing Announces Expanded Real Estate Photo Editing Services to Support Clearer, More Accurate Property Presentation

Time Off Editing Announces Expanded Real Estate Photo Editing Services to Support Clearer, More Accurate Property Presentation

    Los Angeles, California – December 01, 2025 – PRESSADVANTAGE –

Time Off Editing has announced an expansion of its Real Estate Photo Editing services, reflecting a growing need for visual accuracy and consistency in today’s property markets. The update focuses on providing structured image enhancement processes designed to support real estate professionals, property managers, and related service providers who depend on precise visual representation to communicate property features clearly.

In recent years, the real estate industry has experienced a significant shift toward visually driven decision-making. Prospective buyers and renters increasingly rely on property photos as their first point of evaluation, often making early judgments long before scheduling an in-person visit. As property listings rise in volume and competition intensifies, the quality of photographs has become a defining factor in capturing early interest. Time Off Editing’s announcement highlights this trend and outlines how its expanded service offering aims to strengthen the communication gap between property visuals and the expectations of modern audiences.

Real Estate Photo Editing service by Time Off Editing

The expanded Real Estate Photo Editing service by Time Off Editing focuses on clarity, accuracy, lighting correction, and detail enhancement. Rather than relying on extensive alterations, the approach emphasizes improving existing images in ways that reflect the property’s true condition. This helps ensure that viewers receive an accurate representation while still benefiting from professionally prepared visuals. The goal is not to alter reality, but to remove common barriers that hinder a viewer’s ability to fully understand a space through photography alone.

According to insights shared by the company, property photos often face predictable challenges. Lighting inconsistencies, shadows, distorted angles, and environmental distractions can reduce the clarity of an otherwise well-presented space. These issues may occur due to natural conditions at the time of shooting, limitations of camera equipment, or the absence of ideal staging environments. Time Off Editing’s expanded service is designed to address these issues using a consistent, standardized editing workflow.

The Real Estate Photo Editing offering includes improvements such as lighting balance, exposure control, color correction, window view enhancement, and alignment adjustments. The objective is to ensure that each image reflects balanced tones, clean lines, and natural visual flow. For interior photos, the system focuses on correcting color casts caused by artificial lights, which frequently result in yellow or blue hues that inaccurately represent the space. For exterior property images, adjustments often include sky replacement, color enhancement, and removal of minor environmental distractions that may distort first impressions.

Time Off Editing also notes the importance of maintaining ethical boundaries within real estate imagery. The company’s editing guidelines emphasize accuracy and transparency, avoiding manipulations that could mislead viewers regarding property size, condition, or layout. This approach aligns with real estate industry standards, which encourage the use of professional editing while discouraging excessive alterations that may misrepresent the property. The company reinforces this balance as a central principle of its expanded services.

The updated editing workflow further supports high-volume real estate teams that manage multiple listings at once. With property inventory turnover continuing to rise in many regions, timely delivery of edited photos plays an important role in preparing listings for publication. Time Off Editing’s structured process is designed to minimize delays, reduce backlogs, and ensure that teams can publish listings consistently across multiple platforms.

As part of its announcement, the company also emphasized the broader impact that photo consistency can have on branding for real estate professionals. When listing photos follow a unified style—consistent lighting, tone, and composition—they create a more coherent visual identity across all property profiles. This can reinforce professionalism and help build trust with potential clients who rely on visual cues when interpreting a company’s attention to detail.

Feedback gathered from early users of the enhanced Real Estate Photo Editing service indicates that the improvements have contributed to faster listing readiness and a more organized presentation workflow. Users noted that balanced images helped improve clarity and reduced questions related to lighting, layout perception, or visibility of key features. For property managers, the edited images supported clearer documentation of unit conditions, which is essential during transitions between tenants.

The announcement also highlights the role of post-processing in improving spatial communication. Real estate photography can make it difficult to perceive true proportions due to lens distortion, perspective issues, or uneven angles. The expanded editing service includes perspective correction that helps align walls, straighten lines, and reduce distortions that may cause confusion. By correcting these issues, the resulting images allow viewers to interpret the room’s proportions more accurately.

Time Off Editing emphasizes that its enhancements support various property categories, including residential homes, apartments, commercial spaces, rental units, and vacation properties. The company has observed that across all categories, the need for accurate visual representation remains consistent. Whether showcasing an office floor plan or a single-family home, users benefit from images that emphasize clarity, structure, and spatial reliability.

Another focus of the expanded service includes virtual adjustments that maintain reality-based accuracy, such as removing temporary clutter, correcting uneven lighting, or adjusting minor imperfections caused during the photography process. These refinements aim to present the property at its best while preserving authenticity. The company notes that this approach aligns with what today’s audiences expect: images that look clean, organized, and true to life.

Time Off Editing also highlighted the importance of adaptability within editing workflows. Property photography styles differ from region to region, and agents often have their own preferences regarding brightness levels, tones, or contrast. The expanded service supports customizable editing styles, allowing real estate professionals to align their images with brand identity or regional standards. This flexibility is particularly helpful for teams managing large portfolios or those working with photographers who have varying shooting styles.

The announcement underscores broader shifts in real estate marketing, where digital presentation has become a central element of property promotion. With more prospective buyers and renters conducting online research long before visiting a site in person, photo quality plays an increasingly influential role in shaping perceptions. Time Off Editing’s expanded service aims to strengthen this digital-first environment by giving users tools to improve visual accuracy and enhance clarity across their listings.

  • TurnKey Floorings Establishes Estimate Policy Across Service Categories

TurnKey Floorings Establishes Estimate Policy Across Service Categories

    NEW ORLEANS, LA – December 01, 2025 – PRESSADVANTAGE –

TurnKey Floorings implemented an estimate policy across all flooring service categories in early 2025. The company applies the policy to flooring installation, repair, and maintenance work. The flooring contractor serves residential and commercial clients throughout the New Orleans metropolitan area and surrounding communities in southeastern Louisiana.

TurnKey Floorings operates as a flooring contractor handling both residential and commercial projects. The company performs work for single-family homes, multi-unit residential properties, and commercial facilities, including hotels and business spaces. Staff includes flooring specialists and installation technicians who work across multiple material categories and service types.

The policy covers all flooring material categories the company installs. These materials include hardwood varieties such as oak, maple, and cherry, as well as laminate, vinyl, tile, carpet, bamboo, epoxy, stone, and floor coatings. Material selection affects project scope, timeline, and cost, which the assessment process addresses for each individual property.

Tile work encompasses ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone options for kitchens, bathrooms, and entryways. Carpet installation covers bedrooms, living rooms, and office spaces using nylon, polyester, or wool fibers in plush, Berber, or frieze configurations. Bamboo flooring serves as an alternative to traditional hardwood, with the material achieving hardness levels exceeding many hardwood varieties.

Epoxy and flake flooring address garage, commercial, and industrial applications where surfaces are required. Floor heating installation represents an additional category, with radiant systems requiring coordination between heating components and flooring materials during installation.

Repair and restoration services fall within the policy as well. TurnKey Floorings evaluates existing floors that have sustained damage from moisture, wear, or other factors. The assessment determines whether repair or full replacement represents the appropriate approach. Repair work addresses issues ranging from minor scratches to damaged tiles and sections requiring restoration.

Maintenance services extend flooring lifespan through periodic care matched to specific material requirements. Different flooring types require different maintenance protocols, and the company develops maintenance approaches suited to each installation.

The geographic service territory spans multiple communities in southeastern Louisiana. New Orleans represents the primary service area, with coverage extending to Kenner and Metairie in Jefferson Parish. North Shore communities, including Madisonville, Mandeville, and Covington fall within the service territory. LaPlace in St. John the Baptist Parish and St. Rose in St. Charles Parish also receive coverage, as does Harahan.

Commercial projects have included hotel facilities requiring multiple flooring types across different areas. Epoxy flooring has been installed in commercial kitchen environments, while carpet flooring has been used in guest room applications.
The assessment process begins with consultation involving flooring specialists who evaluate space characteristics and discuss material options suited to specific applications. The consultation addresses project requirements, material considerations, and installation parameters before project specifications are developed.

The early 2025 implementation made the estimate policy available across all service categories without restriction by project type or size. Residential and commercial projects receive the same treatment regardless of scope. The company has not announced any end date for the policy.

TurnKey Floorings conducts assessments for new installation projects, replacement work on existing floors, repair and restoration needs, and ongoing maintenance requirements. Each service category falls under the same policy implemented in early 2025.

Hardwood installation requires specific subfloor preparation and acclimation periods. Laminate products replicate wood and stone appearances while offering scratch and stain resistance. Vinyl flooring addresses applications where water resistance matters, suiting kitchens and bathrooms. These material characteristics factor into project assessments conducted under the current policy.

The company maintains operations Monday through Friday and responds to inquiries regarding flooring projects throughout its service territory. Visit https://www.turnkeyfloorings.com/contact/ for questions.

This improvement was primarily driven by higher revenue from increased hydrovac truck sales, enhanced production efficiency at the Red Deer facility, cost savings from scaled operations, and the contribution from CustomVac since May 15, 2025, partially offset by higher depreciation, amortization, stock-based compensation and finance expense.

    • Revenue of $42,323 increased by $11,872 (39.0%) compared to $30,451 in Q3/2024 as a result of: (i) the increase in sales from the sales arrangement with Custom Truck One Source (“Custom Truck”), who is a single-source provider of specialized truck and heavy equipment solutions with over 40 locations across North America; (ii) the increase in sales pricing of hydrovac trucks; (iii) the increase in the number of hydrovac trucks sold; (iv) the increase in demand for hydrovac trucks in North America; and (v) the contribution of revenue from CustomVac since May 15, 2025. During Q3/2025 the Company sold 95 hydrovac trucks, including 9 trucks sold by CustomVac, compared to 70 in Q3/2024.

    • Selling and general administrative expenses of $3,870 increased by $1,612 (71.4%) compared to $2,258 in Q3/2024. Recent Studies Confirm Surgeon Expertise Critical in Large Hiatal Hernia Repair; The Iskandar Complex Hernia Center Offers Specialized Care for Dallas-Fort Worth Patients

    Waxahachie, TX – December 01, 2025 – PRESSADVANTAGE –

Two peer-reviewed studies published in 2024 have established that patients with large, complex hiatal hernias achieve significantly better surgical outcomes when treated by experienced specialists using advanced techniques. For patients seeking hiatal hernia repair in DFW, these findings underscore the importance of selecting a Dallas hiatal hernia surgeon with demonstrated expertise in complex cases. The Iskandar Complex Hernia Center, one of only two facilities in North Texas designated as a Hernia Center of Excellence by the Surgical Review Corporation, provides this specialized level of care under the direction of Dr. Mazen Iskandar, who holds the SRC’s Surgeon of Excellence in Hernia Surgery accreditation.

The November 2024 study published in Cureus, led by researcher Seitaro Nishimura, examined patients who underwent Type III and Type IV hiatal hernia repair between 2014 and 2024. The research demonstrated a direct association between larger hernia size and increased risk of severe postoperative complications. Hernias exceeding seven centimeters or involving more than half of the stomach are classified as large and carry substantially higher surgical risk, according to the findings. The study utilized the Clavien-Dindo classification system to grade complication severity, revealing that larger hernias demand specialized surgical expertise to minimize serious adverse outcomes.

A second study published three months earlier in Surgical Endoscopy, authored by Dr. Zena Saleh and colleagues from Cooper University Hospital, examined 297 paraesophageal hernia repairs performed between 2015 and 2023. The research found that surgeons employing an advanced technique called the critical view achieved a hernia recurrence rate of only 9.7 percent compared to 20 percent with standard repair methods, representing a 51 percent reduction. The reoperation rate dropped from 10 percent to 0.5 percent when the critical view approach was utilized, a 95 percent reduction. This sophisticated technique requires extensive training to execute properly and involves complete mobilization of the esophagus to the level of the inferior pulmonary vein along with full dissection of the posterior mediastinum.

“These studies confirm what we have observed in clinical practice for years,” said Dr. Mazen Iskandar, founder of The Iskandar Complex Hernia Center and a board-certified general surgeon specializing in complex abdominal wall reconstruction. “Large hiatal hernias present unique challenges that require both technical expertise and access to advanced surgical technology. When patients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area need hiatal hernia surgery, they deserve a surgeon who performs these procedures regularly and has achieved measurable outcomes that meet the highest standards in the field.”

The Surgeon of Excellence in Hernia Surgery designation earned by Dr. Iskandar in January 2024 differs from pay-to-play recognition programs. The Surgical Review Corporation accreditation requires facilities and surgeons to meet strict criteria related to surgical volume, outcomes data, and adherence to quality standards. The Iskandar Complex Hernia Center’s designation as one of only two Hernia Centers of Excellence in North Texas reflects this rigorous evaluation process.

Dr. Iskandar completed his medical education at the American University of Beirut and general surgery residency at Mount Sinai Beth Israel in New York City. He subsequently pursued fellowship training in minimally invasive and bariatric surgery at NYU-Langone in Brooklyn before joining Baylor Scott and White Health in 2019. He holds board certification in both general surgery and metabolic bariatric surgery from the American Board of Surgery and maintains Fellow status with the American College of Surgeons. In 2025, Dr. Iskandar was selected to author two chapters for Surgical Endoscopy and Other Interventional Techniques, recognizing his standing as an authority in minimally invasive hernia repair.

The Iskandar Complex Hernia Center operates within the Baylor Scott and White Medical Center in Waxahachie, Texas, and serves as a referral destination for physicians throughout Texas and surrounding states who encounter complex hernia cases requiring specialized intervention. The center offers laparoscopic, robotic, and open surgical approaches for hiatal hernia repair based on individual patient factors including hernia size, anatomical considerations, and overall health status.

Patients experiencing symptoms of hiatal hernia including severe heartburn, difficulty swallowing, chest pain, or shortness of breath may contact The Iskandar Complex Hernia Center at 469-800-9832 to schedule a consultation. The center is located at 2360 N Interstate 35E, Suite 310, Waxahachie, TX 75165, approximately 35 minutes from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

  • Spray Foam Contractor Releases Seasonal Recommendations for Property Owners

Spray Foam Contractor Releases Seasonal Recommendations for Property Owners

    FRESNO, CA – December 01, 2025 – PRESSADVANTAGE –

Supreme Spray Foam – Fresno announced an expansion of its spray foam services as cooler months approach, noting that the shift into fall has increased interest among residential and commercial clients preparing buildings for improved energy performance. The announcement comes at a time when many in the region are seeking reliable ways to maintain indoor comfort and manage rising utility costs. The company stated that the expanded effort reflects the consistent rise in requests for a spray foam contractor in Fresno, CA, as local property owners plan upgrades ahead of winter.

The company added that its spray foam services now include expanded assessment procedures designed to identify insulation gaps that may not have been addressed in older structures. Many commercial and residential buildings in the area were built when insulation standards differed from those used today. As a result, property owners often seek guidance on improving performance without significant structural changes. The updated inspection methods focus on locating commonly overlooked areas such as attic joints, wall cavities, and spaces around mechanical ducts.

spray foam contractor in Fresno, CA

Supreme Spray Foam – Fresno in Fresno, CA, noted that as colder weather approaches, many local businesses are reviewing operating budgets, since energy expenses remain among the highest seasonal costs for commercial properties such as warehouses, retail sites, and offices. The company explained that building managers often request estimates on how insulation updates may influence long-term energy use. While results differ by building, available data shows that improved insulation can reduce heating and cooling loss in ways that support overall cost stability. These trends guided the decision to expand the seasonal service program, reflecting practical needs within the local business community. According to Marcus Bennett, owner of Supreme Spray Foam – Fresno, this adjustment aligns with concerns many small businesses face as they plan for efficiency and maintenance ahead of winter. “This is the time of year when property owners look ahead and evaluate practical steps to maintain efficiency.”

The company mentioned that the expanded service plan was developed after reviewing customer request patterns from previous years. Local inquiries often highlight practical needs tied to long-term upkeep, energy use, and overall building performance. As online visibility and communication channels continue to shape how property owners gather information, the company noted that ensuring accurate, timely updates has become essential. This includes guiding homeowners and business operators to make informed decisions when reviewing insulation options during fall planning.

The company further stated that it intends to monitor regional demand throughout the season to adjust staffing and scheduling as needed. Fresno’s mix of older residences, new developments, and active commercial spaces creates a broad range of insulation needs. By aligning its spray foam services with these varied conditions, the company aims to maintain consistent and timely support during a period when many owners evaluate building performance ahead of winter. They noted that shifts in construction activity during colder months often influence service timelines across the region. The company added that maintaining steady coordination with local contractors will help anticipate project requirements more accurately.

With the fall season underway, the company noted that preparation remains a central focus for those maintaining residential and commercial spaces. It reiterated that insulation plays an essential role in both comfort and operational stability, especially during months when heating systems run for extended periods. The expanded service plan reflects an effort to meet this demand by providing reliable field support and practical guidance to the Fresno community.
